You would love to surprise them every year with a new costume but it’s getting harder and harder to find something new. Well, no more worries! Whether you are an adult or a kid, making a squid costume is super easy.

Make a Squid Game Frontman Costume
To make a Frontman Costume you will need :
-A Squidgame Mask
-A black coat ( check on amazon )
-Black pants
-Black shoes
How to Make a Squid Game Frontman Mask
To make the mask you will need a 3d printer or make a papercraf model or just buy it from amazon.
-If you have a 3d printer download the file from here .
Print the mask , sand it and color .

Download and Print
Start with downloading the pdf file in the section above.
Important: Don’t bother making a model out of regular printer paper (60 g/ paper) because all the dents and wrinkles will make it weak and ugly. 200 grams paper or photograph quality paper will get the job done.
Cut out the mouth parts first, then move on to the rest. Because putting the lips together is the hardest part, if you don’t think you can do it, don’t waste more time cutting out the rest:-). For challenging areas, I combine the knife and scissors.
PS. For better breathing, you might be better off drilling a hole in the base of your nose if you plan to wear the mask all day or all night. It is difficult to breathe without modifications because it is a full mask. Additionally, adding a standard half-face mask to the Frontman mask will make it more comfortable to wear.
Cut and Combine
Next step is scoring the paper.This way you can make clean folds in both directions. Use a scoring tool, empty ballpoint pen, a paperclip, back of a butter knife or anything else that has a blunt side to trace all the folding lines.
Glue the parts
Choose a glue that will dry quickly and give you enough time to move the tab into the right position.The numbers are not located in a specific order, just where to go with the tabs.Start with the mouth and chin. Follow up with the cheeks and nose, than forehead and finish with the sides of the face.
Reinforce the weak parts
Cardboard pieces work best for supporting the mask’s larger faces. It will prevent the mask from deforming while being painted and worn, making it much stronger. I used cardboard sheet with a thickness of 1,5 mm, but any thickness will do.
Last part find some workable mesh material at your house or home depot to close off the eyes. cut , shape and glue in position.
Painting
When the mask is made sturdy with cardboard parts, you are ready to paint it.
I used a matt black spraycan ( check on amazon ). Only add super thin layers of paint to make sure the mask will not wrinkle or deform.
Completing the Costume
The coat you can buy on amazon ( check link ) or if you have a strait black coat will work. Black pants , who doesn’t have black pants. And for last some black shoes, any kind of black shoes can work but if you want to make a real costume find some ( check on amazon for sneakers or some elegant ones )
